Rodney William Reese

Rodney William Reese, born November 21, 1949, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2021 after a hard fought battle with cancer. He spent his final days at his son’s home surrounded by his three children sharing their favorite memories, watching old westerns and just about every classic car movie available.

Rodney is survived by his three children, Chad Reese (Krista) of Godfrey, Illinois; Craig Reese (Heather) of Redondo Beach, California; and Kristin Reese of Lexington, Kentucky; father, Gilbert Reese (Verneal) of Warrenton, Missouri; three beautiful grandchildren, David Reese; Lauren Reese; and Violet Reese; two brothers, Steve Reese (Kim) of Warrenton, Missouri; Mark Reese (Virginia) of Warrenton, Missouri; two sisters, Kerilyn Nusbaum (Brett) of Farmer City, Illinois; and Mardiann Bierbaum of Warrenton, Missouri; and many loving nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Reese; mother, Dorene Reese nee Wiedoewer; and aunt, Arlene Windmann.

A private service will be held at Pitman Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, Other guests are invited to pay their respects through the online service.
