Ronald Eugene Rector Sr.

Ronald Eugene Rector Sr. of Wentzville, MO passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the age of 88 years.

He is survived by his two sons, Ronald Rector Jr. of Wentzville, Robert Rector and wife, Lynn of Wentzville, MO; five grandchildren, Lauren Butler and husband, Shawn, Bradley Rector, Bobby Rector and Maria Gissenaas, Taylor Rector, Brandi Rector; five great-grandchildren, Callie, Codi, and Bennett Butler, Raelynn Rector, Rylee Rector.

Ronald was born January 29, 1933 in Whiteside, MO; son of the late Howard Rector and wife, Lillian Lovell Rector. Ronald was married September 26, 1959 to Maryann Stilwell. He was a member of the St. Louis Carpenter’s Union for over forty years. Ronald was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ in Cappeln, MO, as well as the Masonic Lodge in Wentzville, MO. Ronald was a member of the VFW post 5651 and was a part of the Honor Guard for many years. He enjoyed woodworking and history. 

He was preceded in death by wife, Maryann Rector and granddaughter, Brittany Rector.

Ronald will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
