Ronald N. Picard passed away on July 19, 2020 at the age of 78. He was the beloved husband of Judith "Judy" Picard nee McGennis of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri; He is survived by his two daughters, Laurie Picard (Gary) Wiseman of Fenton, MO, Tracy Picard (Shane) Phillips of Wentzville, MO; step-son, Kent Beyers of Greenwood, IN; two brothers, Gary E. (Patricia) Picard of Richland, MO, Allan (Debbie) Picard of Livingston, MT; grandson, Cassidy Dalton Wiseman.
He is preceded in death by his father, Walter Ned Picard, mother, May Belle Picard nee Brenk, granddaughter, Victoria Ann Louise Wiseman.
Ron and Judy recently celebrated 40 years of marriage. He retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture where he was a Food Safety Inspector for 30 years. He was a 1960 graduate of Grover Cleveland High School. As a member of the Boy Scouts, Ron attained the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest and most prestigious achievement a scout can achieve. In his leisure time he enjoyed the outdoors; deer hunting, camping, boating at the Lake of the Ozarks, fishing (loved pulling in a big bass), and sightseeing the United States and its national parks. He will be forever missed and loved by all who knew him.
