Ronald (Ronnie) David Clark was born November 8th, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri. He died in his sleep on August 15th, 2025. He enjoyed sports and was an all-around athlete in his younger days.
Ronnie enjoyed sitting on the porch, drinking a cold Bud Light and waving at everyone who drove or walked by, seeing 'what’s what' . He never met a stranger and would talk to anyone until he decided he was done, and he always let you know when that was.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his life partner of 50 years, Nancy Lynn Poteat (1/25/2025). By his parents William and Effie Marie Clark, his siblings, brother, Kenneth Clark, sister, Dorothy Irene Lawrence, brother, William Clark Jr., sister Catherine Wright, sister, Gloria Mitchell, and brother, Harold Clark.
He is survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. His siblings Barbara Brown, of St. Charles, MO, Emma Smith, of St. Peters, MO and Sharon (Kenneth) Hampton of St. Charles, MO; his two brothers: Douglas (Rose) Clark of St. Charles, MO and Norman Clark of Memphis, TN .
He is also survived by five stepchildren Clare (Scott) Woodman of ME, Edward (Pam) Breneisen of PA, Amy (Craig) Pealer of PA, Kim Breneisen of MO, and Matt (Sam) Breneisen of Saint Petersburg, FL. Mom and Ronnies dog, Princess Sparkles who will go to live with Matt. Ronnie will be inurned with our mom, Nancy, at St Patrick's Church in Wentzville.
