Ruth was a lifelong member of Immaculate Conception Church of Augusta where she participated in many church activities such as quilting, cooking, and serving. She enjoyed gardening and baking pies. As a devoted farmer's wife to Maynard, she worked side by side on the farm and could mend a fence with the best of em'. Ruth had a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews and was very proud of them. She loved being on the farm with her family and was very giving to all. Her quick wit made time spent with family and friends most enjoyable.
She is preceded in death by her parents Edmund H. and Frances B. Aholt Struckhoff, three brothers, Paul E. Struckhoff, Richard Struckhoff, and John Struckhoff.
