He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Bampton, grandparents, Mary Rose and Raphael Mennemeier, and dear brother, Danny Bampton.

Ryan Bampton, beloved father, son, brother, and friend, passed away tragically, leaving behind a legacy of faith, generosity, courage, and deep love for his family. He was a man who lived fully, loved freely, and sought always to follow God’s call in his life.

Ryan was known from childhood for his joyful and adventurous spirit. He never allowed obstacles to define him. Instead, he approached life with pure confidence that God had a plan and he had the quiet humility to trust in that plan.
He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, riding four-wheelers, family vacations, and embracing every adventure.

The loss of his younger brother, Danny, in 2009 profoundly shaped Ryan’s heart and deepened his faith. As a member of the ACTS community, he received healing, clarity, and purpose. From that time forward, he carried a strong desire to live meaningfully, to serve others, and ultimately to reach Heaven.

Ryan’s greatest love was his wife, Emily. Their marriage was marked by deep devotion, perseverance in difficult seasons, shared faith, and abundant laughter.
Ryan was a proud and loving father to four beautiful children, Ben, Aubrey, Claire, and Blake, with another daughter on the way. His family was his world.

Those who knew Ryan will remember his spontaneous spirit, adventurous heart, generosity, and unmistakable humor. Whether planning an impromptu family trip, skydiving, hiking mountains, deep-sea fishing, or teaching others to climb, he embraced life with enthusiasm and courage. Yet alongside that boldness was extraordinary generosity. Ryan quietly provided homes, vehicles, meals, and support to friends, family, and even strangers---never seeking recognition and never expecting repayment. Giving was simply who he was.

Ryan was a member of St. Theodore Catholic Church and at the center of Ryan’s life was his Catholic faith. He was devoted to sacraments, aware of the spiritual battle in the world, and committed to leading others gently toward Christ through love and truth. He desired to serve God completely and to help save souls, a mission that guided his words, choices, and relationships.

Ryan is survived by his devoted wife, Emily; his five children, his loving parents, sisters, extended family, in-laws, and countless friends whose lives were forever changed by his kindness and faith. He was preceded in death by his younger brother, Danny.

Though his passing leaves unimaginable grief, his family finds hope in the faith that Ryan lived so deeply-trusting in God, cherishing family, and embracing a life of simplicity and love. His legacy continues in the lives he touched, the generosity he showed, and the souls he led closer to Christ.
