Sally "Nana" Hazlett

Sally Ann Hazlett passed away on April 15, 2020 at the age of 76. She was the beloved wife of Donald  Hazlett Sr. of Lake St. Louis, Missouri; She is survived by her son, Donald (Cari McConnell) Hazlett Jr.; two daughters, Stacey (John) Lutgen, Carey (Dan) Eagan of Troy, MO; five granddaughters, Alexandra Lutgen, Veronica Lutgen, Grace Lutgen, Gloria Hazlett, Oriana Hazlett; two grandsons, Carter Lutgen, Danny Eagan;  She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Farmery, mother, Beatrice Snow, husband, Donald A. Hazlett Sr., son, Thomas Hazlett, brother, Bobby Farmery. Sally enjoyed spending time with family. She spent many hours going to her children's and grandchildren's sporting events. Family was always 1st to Sally and everyone knew her as Nana. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
