Sandra K. Wilson, 63, passed away on April 27, 2026. She was born on July 22, 1962, in Washington, Missouri, the beloved daughter of James and Mary Sater.
Sandra was a graduate of Francis Howell High School, Class of 1980. She continued her education at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Education. Sandra dedicated 25 years of her life to the Special School District of St. Louis, where she made a lasting impact on the lives of countless students.
Outside of her professional life, Sandra found great joy in her hobbies. She was an avid quilter who lovingly crafted pieces for family and friends, and she enjoyed gardening and a variety of creative pursuits that reflected her warm and nurturing spirit.
Sandra is survived by her loving mother, Mary M. Sater (née LeGrand); her son, Daniel A. Wilson of St. Charles, Missouri; her daughter, Victoria C. Wilson of Manhattan, Kansas; and her brother, James D. Sater (Debbie) of Livermore, California. She was preceded in death by her father, James H. Sater, and her son, Joseph F. Wilson.
Sandra cared deeply for her family and took pride in her children. She will be remembered for her dedication, creativity, and the care she showed to those around her.
